By watching "Strategies for Health After Breast Cancer," an educational video, and taking part in our survey, you will learn about survivorship guidelines for breast cancer patients. You will also help us determine if this program is a good way to share these guidelines.
It will take you about 30 minutes to view our video program, and about 10 minutes to take a short survey. Some of you will be asked to complete the survey before viewing the video.
